The Ramadan Project left-over include: D11, 598 in the Gambia account; $70 in the U.S account; and €40 in the E.U account.

Library Project Update:

Due to some concerns raised about the pace of the implementation process, it was agreed that setting up a Library Project and Fundraising Committees were the best way to go. The Library Project Committee will be responsible for:

- Negotiate the details with the Koba Kunda Primary School Principal and board about the terms and conditions upon which FoB was given the building and how FoB was planning on operating the library.

- Come up with a Library design.

- Research the Cost of project implementation

- Negotiate with potential contracts and award the project to a suitable contractor upon consultation and
approval by the general executive team.

Open Discussion/Round Table:

It was agreed that since Majidi, Sellu, and Nuha did a great job acquiring the computers on behalf of FoB, the association should take on the responsibility of shouldering the cost of getting the computers to the Gambia from Nebraska, U.S. A. Although Mr. Pa Samba Johm and Mr. Mutarr Jallow were very generous in charging the association $1200 for the cost of shipping the computers to the Gambia, they were asked to
lower that price further to only $1000. Therefore, it cost the association $1000 to ship all 40 c0mputers from Nebraska to the Gambia.

Mr. MB Krubally also explained that it cost $600 to ship the boxes of textbooks from Los Angeles, California
to the Gambia. Mr. Krubally will later announce that the $600 was his and his wife's donation towards the library project.

Also, MB Krubally mentioned that he was going to reach out to Alh Saibo Drammeh for the cost of acquiring and shipping the computers from Germany to the Gambia.

Pa Joof encouraged the participants to explore an idea of a mentorship program. He said that a
mentorship program will greatly help the youngsters that are just starting out.

Next Executive and General Meeting:

The next executive and general meetings will be scheduled. A communication will be sent out as soon as the details are finalized.

The meeting took 1.5 hours and was closed with a prayer by Pa Samba Johm.
